Your Boudoir Session
Boudoir can be scary and intimidating. But it can also be extremely fun and empowering. If you are even considering doing a boudoir session, my advice is to just DO IT!
Here is how it goes. I have my own private studio next to my house in Stanfield, NC. It is blank white space with a big fluffy white bed and huge windows that allows the natural light to pour in. You will show up an hour and a half before your session to have your hair and makeup done by the one and only Megan Oliveri Artistry. Then we will spend about an hour taking pictures of you looking incredible in 2-3 outfits. Once your gallery is delivered, you will choose your favorite images for your album.

how many images will i receive?
You can expect to receive at least 40 color images with quite a few black and white images as well. Boudoir looks so good in black and white.
Tell me more about the studio...
The Studio is a separate building next to my house in Stanfield, NC. I live out in the country, and we can pull the curtains during your session for extra privacy. There is a bathroom for you to change. And no extra fee for using the studio.
Will you tell me how to pose?
YES! Of course. That is a huge part of my job. I will tell you exactly what to do, there is no need to be nervous or feel silly. Beautiful images come from a place of comfort and confidence.
How many outfits can I bring?
I think 2-3 is the perfect amount. And I suggest they look very different and be different colors. Just to create as much variety for your session as possible.
How risqué will the session be?
No nudity is allowed during the session. The outfits need to cover you as much as a bathing suit would. If you have any questions about this, I am happy to talk with you more.
Do I have to have hair and makeup done?
You do not, But I highly suggest it. When we look our best, we feel our best. And being confident is key, especially for a boudoir session. Professional hair and makeup photographs beautifully. If you decide you do not want Megan to do your HAMU, we will take $100 off the session price.
Do I have to order an album?
No. But I suggest you do. What else are you going to do with these pictures? And this is an incredible gift for your groom! If you decide that you do not want an album, we will take $100 off the session price.
What does having a stress-free experience mean?
It's not having to pay extra for a studio space and us not feeling rushed because of a time slot
