You guys know by now that photography is more than just taking pictures for me. It is being able to capture precious memories for people. And this session was very special becuase it was the engagement session for my friend Amanda.
We went to college together, and she is part of all of my favorite memories from school. You can only imagine how excited I was when she messaged me asking if I would be their wedding photographer. It was a yes, a million times, YES.
So we met in Charlotte, I got to meet Brandon, and hear all about their lives now. How they met, their jobs as a pilot and a nurse. We talked about the stressors of being adults. It was so nice to spend this time, on a beautiful day, in pretty locations, just hanging out together.
Pictures always mean more when you care for the people who are in them. I just can’t believe that I get to photograph such a special time in my sweet friends life. Beyond excited for the wedding day.
