Fort Mill Maternity Session

Y’ALL… This maternity session was everything (and more) than I ever could have imagined. With every session, the main question is, Where are we going to take the pictures?? I have some of my favorite spots, but I love to explore and make every shoot unique. I was scrolling through facebook and saw a picture Miranda had posted. It was dreamy. It was of her daughter and husband in their backyard in Fort Mill. I saw it and thought, that is it. It’s perfect. And it was absolutely perfect. YES, all of these pictures were taken in their backyard. It was easy, super convenient, we didn’t have anyone else around.
For Miranda and Daniel, their sweet baby girl Ellington is a Rainbow baby. Any child is precious, but they went through storms for this sweet girl. They have her beautiful nursery set up and ready, a big sister anxiously waiting and their little family is full of joy. I love being able to spend time with people at sessions, talking and laughing. Everything was going smoothly until Daniel slipped into the creek. But it was one of the best things that could have happened! Shoes came off, genuine smiles got bigger and brighter, and the shots at the end are some of my favorites. Enjoy the love surrounding baby Ellington as this family prepares to become a family of four!!
